Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that align with client business goals.
- Utilize data science and engineering expertise to drive innovation and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and technology usage.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in consulting, data science, or technology services with a strong engineering background.
- Demonstrated ability to work on digital transformation projects across multiple industries such as telecom, banking, or healthcare.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
