Senior-Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the Microsoft .Net technology stack, ensuring high-quality code and system design.
- Participate actively in code reviews, design complex systems, and document architectural decisions thoroughly.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and work with team members to plan and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers by reviewing their code, establishing quality standards, and promoting best practices such as secure coding, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline usage.
- Take ownership of the team’s growth by fostering skill development and maintaining high performance standards.

Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 9 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Microsoft .Net technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C# and experience with .Net frameworks including ASP.Net and .Net Core.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies including databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks like Entity Framework.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to align with the company’s long-term vision and demonstrate openness to learning and adopting new skills.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively and perform well under pressure.
