Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Kofax to join our team on a Pan India basis. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in RPA development, particularly with Kofax Kapow, and possess mid-level SQL skills. This role requires working in US shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes while collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Kofax RPA solutions to automate various business workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand automation requirements.
- Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows using Kofax Kapow.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to interact with databases as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes promptly.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA bots and implement necessary improvements.
- Integrate RPA solutions with other applications and systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users when needed.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance RPA capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development with a strong focus on Kofax.
- Proficiency in Kofax Kapow and its components.
- Mid-level proficiency in SQL for database interaction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with other RPA tools and technologies is a plus.
- Mandatory skills include MySQL, OR-RPA (UiPath), and Kofax.
