We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who takes ownership of their work and possesses excellent analytical skills. This role involves building scalable, high-performance systems and driving key technical initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Apply software design patterns to create scalable and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate closely with frontend teams working with Angular, React, or Next.js to ensure seamless integration.
- Design and optimize databases, including writing complex queries.
- Develop and execute unit tests using JUnit and manage builds with Maven.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and deploy applications on AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and foster team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Java and Spring framework; 6+ years preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, JUnit, and Maven.
- Experience working with microservices architecture and applying design patterns effectively.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Next.js.
- Solid skills in database design and query optimization.
- Proficient in version control using Git, containerization with Docker, and deploying applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of messaging queues and multithreading concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
