Senior Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will play a critical role in developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems that align with the organization’s operational needs. This position involves the development and implementation of ERP systems to ensure smooth functionality and optimize operational efficiency across core business and support functions. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze user requirements to design, develop, and modify software applications that meet business needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for both frontend and backend systems.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to verify software functionality.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, addressing bugs and performance bottlenecks effectively.
- Update and maintain existing software to adapt to evolving requirements and improve overall functionality.
- Optimize code for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and adhering to best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, design specifications, and APIs to facilitate maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git or SVN to manage and track code changes, ensuring proper branching and merging strategies for effective team collaboration.
- Implement secure coding practices to protect software from vulnerabilities.
- Ensure all software complies with relevant security standards and privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in .Net technologies, including ASP.Net Classic and .Net Core.
- Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Frontend development skills with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server for database management and querying.
- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, including data encryption, authentication, and adherence to security protocols.
- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
