Senior Software Engineers – 5G Baseband Software

In this role, you will play a vital part in developing next-generation 5G/6G baseband software within collaborative, cross-functional teams, driving innovation and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and debug software primarily using strong C/C++ programming skills. Contribute actively to the development and testing of 5G RAN and Baseband software components. Apply your working knowledge of 5G Scheduler, Layer 1 (L1), and Layer 2 (L2) protocols to enhance system performance. Demonstrate a solid understanding of 5G NR, 4G LTE, and relevant 3GPP specifications to ensure compliance and interoperability. Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA for effective project management and team collaboration. Engage in feature development, integration, rigorous testing, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery. Show interest and involvement in AI-driven development, including AI agents and workflow automation, to support future-ready solutions. Maintain a strong focus on software quality, continuous improvement, and system-level engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is essential. Demonstrated experience in 5G technology and software engineering within relevant domains is required. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that prioritizes innovation and quality. Willingness to undergo and successfully complete security vetting in accordance with applicable security protection regulations.
