Senior Solutions Architect

Aurix is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in Faisal Town, Lahore, on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will take full technical ownership of a language tool, working closely with clients to understand their needs, designing effective solutions, and delivering reliable, high-quality software. This role requires a deep understanding of complex systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage the entire software lifecycle from implementation to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand complex systems to identify and address root causes of issues.
- Make informed architectural decisions, clearly explaining the trade-offs involved.
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of implementation, testing, deployment, and maintaining production reliability.
- Utilize AI technologies efficiently, while independently reviewing, debugging, and validating AI-generated outputs.
- Demonstrate accountability for production systems, ensuring solutions are robust and well-verified beyond prompt-writing capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong engineering fundamentals with proven experience in owning and maintaining production systems.
- Ability to articulate why a solution works, identify potential failure points, and outline verification strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in designing scalable and reliable software architectures.
