Senior Specialist - Data Sciences

We are seeking an experienced AWS Agentic AI Architect with a strong specialization in AWS Bedrock to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience designing and implementing advanced Agentic AI solutions leveraging AWS services. This role requires deep expertise in building intelligent agent frameworks, knowledge base-driven AI applications, and integrating large language models (LLMs) within scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud architectures. The candidate will play a critical role in driving AI innovation by developing autonomous AI systems that align with enterprise needs and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using AWS services, focusing on AWS Bedrock, Foundation Models, Agents, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases.
- Develop and orchestrate intelligent agents using AWS AgentCore, including planning, memory management, and tool integrations.
- Build Knowledge Base-driven AI applications utilizing vector databases and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Integrate Bedrock Agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications to ensure seamless functionality.
- Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, employing services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, ECS, EKS, IAM, and Step Functions.
- Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout AI solution lifecycles.
- Define AI solution architectures, conduct technical assessments, and provide expert guidance on implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders effectively, translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions while managing communication and expectations.
- Lead architecture discussions, conduct technical workshops, and mentor development teams to build internal capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of six years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions using AWS services.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Bedrock, including Foundation Models, Agents, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases.
- Proven experience with AWS AgentCore for agent orchestration, planning, memory, and tool integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to build Knowledge Base-driven AI applications using vector databases and RAG techniques.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and autonomous AI systems.
- Experience integrating Bedrock Agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and business applications.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud-native AI solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, ECS, EKS, IAM, and Step Functions.
- Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- AWS Certification is mandatory, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in enterprise digital transformation and AI modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of customer experience (CX), conversational AI, chatbot, and virtual assistant solutions.
- Proven ability to lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and mentor teams.
