Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

LTM is seeking a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation based in Hyderabad with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in architecting advanced solutions on the Now Platform, focusing on developing robust ServiceNow custom applications and creating seamless UI and backend integrations. This position is pivotal in driving enterprise digital transformation by delivering scalable, high-quality developer portal solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and deploy scalable custom applications on the ServiceNow Now Platform to address complex enterprise business requirements.
- Design intuitive, high-performing UI developer portals aimed at enhancing user adoption and streamlining workflow execution.
- Implement comprehensive client-side and server-side scripting to ensure optimal system performance and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional architecture and product teams to translate business specifications into effective technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical assessments to ensure compliance with enterprise development standards.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in deployment processes and platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow Custom Application Development, with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade applications on the Now Platform.
- Advanced proficiency in UI development for developer portals, combined with complex client-side and server-side scripting skills.
- Proven experience in designing, configuring, and deploying comprehensive package implementations within large-scale environments.
