The LandDev division specializes in powerful land development software designed for homebuilders. This software automates workflows, manages vendor contracts, monitors cash flow, and assists in resource planning. LandDev integrates with Constellation’s ERP systems to deliver efficient and scalable solutions for its customers.

The Senior SQA Analyst role is based in Contour’s Karachi office and involves working as part of the resource-center team, supporting the division-based R&D department. The position requires working hours aligned with Eastern North America time zones, until 1 pm EST. The successful candidate will ensure quality and timely releases for LandDev while contributing ideas to increase output without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright and Selenium, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reusability across projects and teams.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites covering functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing for complex web applications.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Define and enforce test automation standards and best practices.
- Design and develop test strategies, plans, cases, and test data aligned with project requirements.
- Identify, prioritize, and automate test scenarios to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Execute test cycles, track defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform API, functional, regression, and performance testing as required.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks, tools, and QA processes.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional QA experience, preferably with customer-facing enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, and modern testing practices.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven expertise in test strategy, planning, case design, and test data preparation.
- Ability to identify and prioritize test scenarios suitable for automation.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalents.
- Experience with API testing and performance/load testing using tools like Postman and JMeter.
- Programming or scripting skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or TestComplete.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
- Proficient in SQL for writing and executing queries to validate and test data.
