Senior Student Advisor

The Senior Student Advisor position is a full-time, on-site role based at the Study Icon Head Office in Faisalabad. This role involves providing personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options, course selection, admission requirements, and English language training programs. The advisor will work closely with students to assess their profiles, guide them through application and documentation processes, and explain visa and compliance procedures in coordination with relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one advising sessions with students to discuss academic and language program options.
- Assess student profiles to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Guide students through application procedures, documentation requirements, and admission processes.
- Explain visa regulations and compliance procedures, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to student inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, maintaining excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- Participate in outreach activities and information sessions to promote study abroad opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance advising processes and improve student outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Experience or skills in student counseling and education to effectively advise on academic programs and pathways.
