We are seeking a Senior Visa Processing Manager to lead our Ireland student visa processing desk, ensuring high-quality case management from start to finish. This role focuses on thorough file processing and case ownership rather than counselling or sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining rigorous standards for every application, managing refusals and appeals, and contributing to the development of our new Australia processing desk. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Ireland visa cases end-to-end, including AVATS submissions, verification of proof of funds, bank statements, sponsor reviews, police clearance certificates (PCC), medical insurance, and overall file compliance.
- Conduct final quality checks on every file before submission to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Handle refusals, appeals, and reapplications, using each case as a learning opportunity to improve team performance.
- Develop and maintain Ireland-specific checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs), staying updated on all relevant policy changes.
- Supervise and review the work of junior processing staff to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with counsellors and admissions teams to ensure files are visa-ready from the outset.
- Assist in establishing the Australia processing desk by creating checklists, workflows, and setting standards for Subclass 500 visa files.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on visa processing experience within a study-abroad or immigration consultancy, specifically in a file-processing capacity (not sales).
- Direct experience with Ireland student visa applications is essential. Experience with Australia, New Zealand, or Canada visa processing is highly desirable. UK-only experience will not meet the requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reviewing financial documentation, sponsor funds, and bank statements.
- Strong written English skills for drafting SOPs, cover letters, and refusal response letters.
- Proven track record with measurable outcomes such as approval rates, caseload management, and successful turnaround of refusals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a senior-level role within an established consultancy operating since 2015, offering significant ownership of the Ireland processing desk.
- Opportunity to play a key role in building and shaping the Australia processing desk from the ground up.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Candidates with a strong background in Ireland visa processing and a history of successful approvals are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing consultancy’s expansion efforts.
