As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing Amazon FBA operations with a strong focus on product sourcing, lifecycle management, and continuous enhancement of supply chain processes. You will work closely with inventory management, logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows, cost efficiency, and support for overall business growth. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience to optimize supply chain performance and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon FBA & Inventory Management
Oversee the full spectrum of Amazon FBA operations, including managing inbound shipments, inventory replenishment, and demand forecasting. Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize Amazon storage fees. Collaborate with Amazon fulfillment centers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to improve logistics efficiency. Maintain compliance with Amazon’s Inventory Performance Index (IPI) to secure high FBA rankings. Actively participate in inventory management meetings to identify and execute operational improvements.

Product Sourcing & Procurement
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer demand. Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to enhance profit margins. Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality control, regulatory compliance, and adherence to packaging standards. Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and supplier lead times to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and ongoing market performance monitoring. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support effective product launches and pricing strategies. Analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) trends to guide pricing, production, and procurement decisions. Continuously optimize supply chain processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain efficient product flow and profitability. Conduct SKU rationalization to identify underperforming products and recommend improvements or discontinuation where necessary.

Supply Chain Process Improvement & Reporting
Contribute to supply chain process improvement initiatives by providing insights to enhance procurement, logistics, and inventory planning. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational performance. Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite and Anvyl for monitoring inventory levels and purchasing trends. Create automated reports and dashboards to track critical metrics including lead times, supplier performance, and landed costs. Improve cash flow management by optimizing procurement cycles and inventory turnover rates.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Development and Lifecycle Management.
- At least 7 years’ experience managing Amazon FBA operations and product development.
- Over 5 years’ experience in Product Sourcing and Procurement.
- More than 5 years’ experience managing 3PL logistics.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite during shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM.

This position requires full onsite presence during designated working hours. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate extensive expertise in Amazon FBA management, product sourcing, and supply chain optimization within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
