Senior Supply Planner

The Supply Chain team at Azurity is growing in line with the company’s global expansion. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Supply Planner to play a critical role in ensuring a reliable supply of products through our external manufacturing network. This position operates within a fast-paced international environment, requiring strong end-to-end supply planning expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update monthly supply plans for assigned Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) based on demand forecasts, current inventory, open purchase orders (both firmed and planned), and lead times.
- Issue and maintain Purchase Orders and rolling forecasts to CMOs in alignment with the approved supply plan.
- Track and follow up on open orders with CMOs to ensure timely deliveries; proactively highlight any delays, changes, or risks.
- Monitor inventory levels against demand and planning parameters, identifying potential shortages, excess stock, or obsolescence risks.
- Support day-to-day supply management, including short-term replanning, order adjustments, and coordination with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and validate supply planning master data such as lead times, safety stock, minimum order quantities, lot sizes, and purchasing conditions for assigned SKUs.
- Participate in regular planning meetings with CMOs and internal stakeholders to align on supply status and upcoming requirements.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in end-to-end supply planning within the pharmaceutical industry, including direct interaction with international CMOs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems; functional knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success collaborating effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
