The Senior Surveyor position is a full-time, on-site role based in Islāmābād. This role involves overseeing and conducting land and construction surveys for residential and mixed-use projects. The Senior Surveyor ensures precise measurements, boundary definitions, and topographical data collection to support design and construction activities. Daily tasks include planning and executing site surveys, managing survey teams, calibrating and operating surveying instruments, and verifying data accuracy. The role requires preparing comprehensive survey reports, drawings, and documentation while collaborating closely with design, engineering, and construction teams. Compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and One Homes’ quality benchmarks is essential. Additionally, the Senior Surveyor will contribute to improving surveying processes and mentor junior survey staff to enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise land and construction surveys, including boundary, topographical, and setting-out surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Plan and execute site surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage and lead survey teams, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Calibrate and operate surveying instruments such as total stations, levels, and laser devices.
- Verify contractor surveys and ensure data integrity for design and construction purposes.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and other professionals to support project requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and technical specifications to translate them into precise fieldwork.
- Perform earthwork calculations using Civil 3D software.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, land regulations, and industry standards.
- Mentor and support junior survey staff to foster skill development and improve team performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for surveying processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil), Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or B.Tech in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in land and construction surveying, preferably within real estate or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong expertise in boundary, topographical, and setting-out surveys.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software, including total stations, levels, laser devices, CAD, Civil 3D, and survey processing tools.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, land regulations, and industry standards relevant to real estate development.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings, site plans, and technical specifications accurately.
- Proven experience managing survey teams and coordinating site activities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
