Senior Technical Consultant

We are expanding our Customer Operations team and seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join a people-focused, growing company. In this role, you will support the full software implementation lifecycle, including development, system configuration, customization, interface setup, unit testing, data extraction, monitoring, and loading. You will also provide ongoing operational and technical support to ensure system reliability and performance. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes or workarounds.
- Collaborate with functional subject matter experts and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Develop, debug, and deploy minor code changes and configuration updates.
- Configure applications and interfaces according to client specifications.
- Conduct unit testing and assist with integration and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to interface design, development, and testing.
- Extract, monitor, and load data to support business activities and downstream requirements.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Support release deployments, environment validations, and production cutovers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development and enterprise software implementation using Java/J2EE technologies and Oracle.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across UI, API, and database application tiers.
- Good understanding of High-Tech/Semiconductor industry concepts such as product hierarchies, pricing, channel data, and revenue processes.
- Ability to analyze issues across raw data, application logic, and database layers.
- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global support environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Service Cloud, Jira, or Zendesk, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with release management, deployments, and regression testing.
