Senior Technical Content Writer

This position is for a Senior Technical and Research Content Writer based in Lahore, requiring on-site work at our DHA Phase 6 office. We are looking for a skilled writer with a strong foundation in technical writing and proven experience in creating content related to software and applications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct thorough research, think originally, and produce clear, approachable content that balances technical accuracy with readability. Attention to grammar and style is essential, as is the ability to craft content that is relatable and easy to understand while explaining complex concepts precisely.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop clear, concise, and engaging technical content, including articles, blog posts, user guides, and documentation.
- Conduct in-depth research on technical topics, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and sourced from credible references.
- Review and edit your own work and that of others to maintain clarity, grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, and technical precision.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and validate technical information.
- Quickly learn and understand new technologies and concepts, translating them into accessible content for a broad audience.
- Work alongside marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with company goals, brand voice, and target audience needs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation or a similar role, preferably with a focus on technical writing.
- Near-native English writing and editing skills, demonstrating a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
