Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the Microsoft .Net technology stack, ensuring high-quality code and system design.
- Participate in code reviews, design complex systems, and document architectural decisions thoroughly.
- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, collaborate with team members to plan and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, review their code, establish quality gates, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply secure coding practices and adopt unit testing frameworks to improve code coverage and reliability.
- Lead and support the team’s professional growth, fostering a collaborative and open work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, particularly in full-stack roles using Microsoft .Net technologies.
- Proficiency in C# programming and experience with .Net frameworks such as ASP.Net and .Net Core.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks like Entity Framework.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, providing mentorship and career development support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech), or MCA from a reputable university.
