Senior Test Manager

We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a regional ERP rollout. This role requires a seasoned professional who can define comprehensive test plans, coordinate testing activities across multiple teams, and ensure the quality and readiness of the solution for deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance within enterprise environments, particularly with ERP systems, and possess strong leadership skills to guide both technical and business testers.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the regional testing strategy and develop detailed test plans covering System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, as well as establishing entry and exit criteria and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
- Lead and mentor test analysts and business testers, facilitating daily defect triage sessions with functional and technical leads to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage test cases, execution cycles, and defect tracking using Azure DevOps Test Plans, while driving regression automation initiatives wherever feasible to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Provide regular updates on test progress, highlight quality risks, and assess go-live readiness to both the client and programme leadership teams, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing test or UAT teams on large-scale enterprise programmes.
- Proven test leadership experience on ERP implementations, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA, including managing test cases, execution, and defect workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with RSAT or other Dynamics 365 test automation tools.
- Exposure to multi-country ERP rollouts and knowledge of the retail domain are considered advantageous but not mandatory.
