Senior Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead or Test Manager to oversee the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a regional ERP rollout. This role involves defining comprehensive test plans, managing testing teams, and ensuring the quality and readiness of the solution for deployment across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the regional testing strategy and detailed test plans, covering System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, as well as establishing entry and exit criteria and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
- Lead and coordinate test analysts and business testers, facilitating daily defect triage sessions with both functional and technical leads to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage test cases, execution, and defect tracking using Azure DevOps Test Plans. Promote and drive regression test automation wherever feasible to improve efficiency.
- Provide regular updates on test progress, highlight quality risks, and communicate go-live readiness status to clients and programme leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing test or UAT teams on large-scale enterprise programmes.
- Proven test leadership experience on ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Customer Engagement (CE).
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with RSAT or other Dynamics 365 test automation tools.
- Experience managing multi-country rollouts.
- Knowledge of the retail domain is considered an advantage.
