Senior TikTok Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Senior TikTok Marketing Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically focused on TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and TikTok Affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling TikTok advertising campaigns, overseeing TikTok Shop operations, and developing affiliate partnerships to boost online sales and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in performance marketing within the TikTok ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Ads Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns aimed at driving e-commerce sales. Oversee campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue. Coordinate creative testing involving video ads, creator content, and user-generated content (UGC) to maximize campaign effectiveness.

TikTok Shop Management
Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including product listings, catalog optimization, promotions, and merchandising. Monitor sales performance, product availability, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth shop functioning. Identify opportunities to enhance product visibility, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue. Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain an excellent customer experience.

TikTok Affiliate Marketing
Develop and oversee TikTok Affiliate programs to generate incremental sales. Recruit and manage creators, influencers, and affiliate partners, coordinating campaigns, commission structures, product samples, and promotional activities. Track affiliate-driven sales and commissions, and build strong relationships with high-performing creators to support sustained revenue growth.

Reporting and Collaboration
Prepare regular performance reports covering TikTok Ads, Shop, and affiliate marketing efforts. Analyze results to recommend strategies for improving sales and campaign efficiency. Work collaboratively with creative, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations teams. Stay informed about the latest TikTok advertising features, social commerce trends, and affiliate marketing opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience working with an e-commerce brand.
- Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and budget management.
- Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics including sales, ROAS, CPA, and affiliate revenue.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
