Senior Travel Sales Executive – International Tours & Umrah

Greenland Travel & Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team in Karachi.

We are seeking a sales professional with proven experience in selling International Holiday Packages and Umrah Packages, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and convert inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-in customers.
Sell customized International Tour Packages and Umrah Packages.
Understand customer requirements and prepare competitive travel quotations and itineraries.
Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively.
Negotiate professionally, handle objections, and maximize sales conversions.
Coordinate with the operations team for flights, hotels, visas, and transportation.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in travel and tourism sales.
Proven track record of closing International Tour and Umrah Package sales.
Strong knowledge of destinations including Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai, Turkey, and other international destinations.
Practical knowledge of Umrah packages, Makkah and Madinah hotels, and travel arrangements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, MS Office, and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Existing travel-industry contacts and customer networks will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: PKR 65,000–85,000/month (depending on experience and expertise).
