We are looking for a highly experienced UI Designer to join our team and craft visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. In this role, you will translate user needs and business objectives into elegant, intuitive designs that enhance the overall user experience while maintaining alignment with our brand identity. Your work will directly contribute to creating seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design responsive, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to transform concepts into functional, polished interfaces.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work within established brand guidelines while introducing creative innovations to each project.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for handoff to development teams.
- Participate in user research and testing activities to validate design decisions and improve usability.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design across both web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of core design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the constraints involved in design implementation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
