Senior UI/UX Designer – Expert in Web & Mobile App Design

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user interface design, user experience optimization, wireframing, prototyping, and modern digital product design. This role involves creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly experiences for both web and mobile applications that align with business objectives and user needs. The position is based on-site at Bahria Phase 7, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to enhance overall user experience.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive website layouts, landing pages, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Apply usability principles and responsive design practices to improve accessibility and user satisfaction.
- Deliver pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs and assets.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, mobile app design, dashboards, and interactive prototypes.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, components, and design systems.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and information architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Ability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with IT companies, software houses, or product-based businesses.
- Background in designing SaaS platforms, eCommerce websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Familiarity with design systems, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Experience collaborating with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
