Senior UI/UX Designer (Angular)

KalSoft is looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive and user-focused digital experiences within the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in UI/UX design with strong frontend development skills, delivering visually appealing and functional products. This role requires a passion for crafting seamless user journeys and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging and seamless user experiences for web-based applications, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop responsive and modern UI designs that are consistent across platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Build and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to promote consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements to enhance overall user experience and accessibility.
- Ensure all products adhere to UI/UX best practices, including accessibility standards and design consistency.
- Work closely with frontend technologies to support and guide the implementation of design solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and user experience development.
- Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
- Hands-on frontend development experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and design system implementation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or financial services industries is highly preferred.

- Experience working on enterprise-level applications with complex workflows.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and component libraries beyond Angular.
