Senior UI/UX Designer

Sportech is a pioneering company developing the digital infrastructure for sports clubs, leagues, academies, and federations worldwide. Their platform allows organizations to create branded fan engagement ecosystems featuring memberships, livestream monetization, digital gifting, ticketing, prediction features, merchandise, and interactive experiences. This is offered through a revenue-sharing model with no upfront costs for partners. We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to take ownership of and enhance the complete product experience across our core fan applications. This role involves designing intuitive and highly engaging user flows that bring immersive sports features to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product design process, including UX discovery, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and final UI delivery for iOS, Android, and web fan applications.
- Optimize the match-day experience by designing seamless, low-friction interactions tailored for high-velocity, real-time features.
- Develop and maintain a modular, atomic design system that supports dynamic theming, typography, color palettes, and component scaling, enabling multi-tenant skinning for partners and leagues.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, user journey mapping, and analytical reviews to improve conversion funnels across onboarding, token wallets, subscriptions, and ticketing flows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Frontend/Mobile Engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, including motion and micro-interactions, while adhering to accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX and product design, with a focus on delivering high-scale consumer mobile applications. Experience in sports, gaming, streaming, or fintech sectors is preferred.
- Deep expertise in modern interface design, including design tokens, component libraries, and interactive prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of gamification mechanics, live-streaming UX patterns, and sports fan behavior to create engaging user experiences.
- Proven ability to design scalable multi-brand mobile products that can adapt to different partner needs.
