Senior UI/UX Designer Web & Mobile Applications

E Technologies, a forward-thinking technology and media company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of modern, intuitive, and visually engaging web and mobile applications. This role involves crafting seamless user experiences and polished interfaces across multiple platforms, including web, iOS, and Android. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to independently translate complex business requirements into fully developed, development-ready designs that reflect real-world application needs rather than isolated screens or concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms. Translate business goals, product specifications, and user needs into effective, user-centered design solutions. Design complete applications from initial concepts and user journeys through to high-fidelity interfaces, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent visual guidelines to support responsive design across devices and screen sizes. Ensure meticulous attention to design details such as spacing, alignment, typography, colors, icons, and visual hierarchy. Create intuitive navigation structures, forms, dashboards, onboarding flows, and complex workflows. Design and refine animations, micro-interactions, and various interface states (loading, error, empty). Conduct usability evaluations to identify and resolve UX issues, collaborating closely with frontend and mobile developers, product teams, and stakeholders. Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for smooth developer handoff, and review implementations to ensure fidelity to approved designs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards, processes, and overall user experience within the company.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience focused on web and mobile applications. Proven ability to independently design complete applications from concept through implementation. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components and Variants, Design Tokens, Interactive Prototyping, Design Libraries, and Developer Handoff. Strong expertise in responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches for iOS and Android platforms. Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture, usability, and interaction design. Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency. Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy. Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems. Ability to simplify complex business processes into intuitive user experiences. Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions. Professional proficiency in English. Ability to manage multiple design tasks independently while maintaining high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience designing SaaS platforms, complex dashboards, admin panels, e-commerce, or content management systems is highly desirable. Background in media, streaming, publishing, charity, subscription, or membership platforms is a plus. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and UX evaluations. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and accessible design practices. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js, Nuxt, React, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin. Experience designing applications with complex workflows, multiple user roles, and advanced interactions. Skilled in creating advanced interactive prototypes and micro-animations. Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and modern design workflows. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to improve or redesign existing applications based on user feedback and usability findings.

Candidates must submit a portfolio including at least two complete web or mobile applications they have personally designed. For each application, provide the application name, a brief description, a live URL or app store/Figma link, and a clear explanation of your role and responsibilities. Design examples should showcase multiple screens and full user journeys. Applications lacking two qualifying examples will not be considered.
