Senior Umrah Sales Consultant

Located in Karachi on Sarwar Shaheed Road, this full-time, office-based position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000. We are seeking a dedicated Umrah Travel Consultant with a minimum of three years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry, specifically handling Umrah packages. The ideal candidate will be under 30 years of age and possess strong expertise in managing Umrah-related travel arrangements, including visa procedures, flight bookings, and hotel reservations. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work under sales targets, and proficiency in handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding Umrah packages, travel arrangements, and related services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Umrah packages tailored to their requirements.
- Prepare detailed quotations and clearly explain package components such as pricing, flights, hotels, and other inclusions.
- Manage the entire booking process, including ticketing, hotel reservations, and coordination of visa processing.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers through timely and effective communication.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience as an Umrah Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel and tourism sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Umrah packages, visa procedures, flight bookings, and hotel reservations.
- Proven track record in Umrah package sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Capacity to work efficiently under sales targets while managing multiple customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with travel booking systems is preferred.
