Senior Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a Senior Upwork Bidder with 2 to 3+ years of demonstrated success in securing software development projects on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of winning bids, excellent proposal writing abilities, and experience working with a variety of software domains including Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI/Automation, and other software projects. This is a full-time position based in Lahore, requiring effective communication skills to engage with international clients and build lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements on Upwork.
- Conduct thorough lead research to identify and target potential clients and projects.
- Manage the bidding process from initial contact through contract negotiation and project acquisition.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and deliver accurate project proposals.
- Track and analyze bidding success rates to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition with a successful portfolio of won projects.
- Strong proposal writing skills, demonstrating the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and customized bids.
- Experience working on software development projects in areas such as Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI/Automation, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging and negotiating with international clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
