Senior Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a Senior Upwork Bidder with 2 to 3+ years of demonstrated success in securing software development projects on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in bidding, client acquisition, and proposal writing, particularly within the Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI/Automation, or broader software development sectors. This is a full-time position based in Lahore, offering the opportunity to work closely with international clients and contribute to the growth of our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and submit compelling proposals tailored to client needs on Upwork to win software development projects.
- Conduct thorough lead research to identify and target potential clients effectively.
- Manage communication with international clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely responses.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of high-quality project opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into winning bids.
