The ideal candidate will have practical experience in bidding on Upwork, generating leads for software projects, and managing multiple profiles across various technical stacks. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify relevant projects, craft tailored proposals, and work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target relevant software development projects on Upwork, managing the entire bidding process from start to finish.
- Write customized proposals that effectively communicate value and generate qualified business leads.
- Manage and optimize multiple Upwork profiles, each representing different technical expertise areas.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather project requirements and prepare accurate, compelling proposals.
- Monitor bidding performance, track client responses, and analyze project conversion rates to improve strategies.

Required Qualifications:
