Senior Verifiers | FE

We are seeking a skilled Senior Final Expense (FE) Verifier to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Final Expense verification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to professionally manage the verification process. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the confidence to work independently while meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately handle and verify Final Expense leads in line with campaign guidelines.
- Ensure all customer information is thoroughly verified and documented.
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity throughout the verification process.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional workplace atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Final Expense Verifier is essential.
- Strong command of English communication, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of Final Expense campaigns and related procedures.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused on meeting targets.
- Availability to work night shifts as required.

Location:
