ITK Online Solutions Ltd., a creative technology company with offices in Lahore and Manchester, UK, is seeking a Senior Video Editor / Creative Video Producer to join their team on-site in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This full-time role involves collaborating with international teams, requiring strong written communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content including advertisements, social media reels, promotional videos, and branded materials that engage diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce polished advertisements, social media reels, promotional videos, and branded content from creative briefs, raw footage, and scripts.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Edit videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage color correction, audio mixing, music integration, sound effects, and final production quality.
- Repurpose existing video content into various formats optimized for different platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.
- Stay current with evolving social media trends and innovative video styles to maintain competitive content.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of publication-ready videos.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or creative video production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong experience with Adobe After Effects.
- Professional experience using Sony Vegas Pro.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual effects.
- Competence in color correction, audio editing, and video optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to create short-form social media content and advertising creatives.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for editing and preparing creative assets.
- Strong grasp of video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings.
- Degree in Film, Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Experience producing paid social media advertisements.
- Background in videography and photography.
- Familiarity with AI-driven video and creative tools.
- Skills in 3D animation or additional motion graphics.
- Prior experience working with international clients or creative agencies.
