Senior Video Editor

7 Figures E-Commerce is seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with expertise in Podcast Reel Editing, Short-Form Content, and Motion Graphics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to transform raw footage into captivating, high-retention videos. This role requires someone who can craft engaging content that resonates across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit Podcast Reels, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos by condensing long-form footage into compelling short-form content.
- Identify key hooks, memorable moments, and engaging conversations suitable for short-form video formats.
- Design and integrate dynamic captions, kinetic typography, transitions, motion graphics, callouts, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
- Utilize B-roll, punch-ins, zooms, sound effects, music, and other editing techniques to sustain audience interest throughout the video.
- Manage multi-camera podcast footage by syncing audio and video and selecting the best angles for a polished final product.
- Perform basic audio cleanup, sound design, color correction, and grading to ensure professional-quality output.
- Maintain consistent branding across all video content to align with company standards.
- Stay updated on viral editing styles, social media trends, and contemporary motion graphics techniques.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams, incorporating feedback efficiently to refine videos.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience in editing Podcast content and Short-Form/Reel videos.
- Strong understanding of storytelling elements such as pacing, hooks, and audience retention strategies.
- Expertise in motion graphics and typography.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing work in Podcast Reels, Short-Form Content, and Motion Graphics is mandatory.

Additional Information
- Compensation ranges from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000 per month.
- This position requires in-person work at the Karachi Nazimabad location.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant video editing experience.
