Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join our team on a full-time, in-house basis at our Phase 5, DHA Lahore location. This is a long-term position with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and motion graphics, contributing original ideas, and managing projects independently. This role requires immediate availability and offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 120,000 to 150,000. We are looking for a committed professional eager to grow with the company and build a lasting working relationship.

Key Responsibilities
- Create cinematic trailers, presentation videos, and promotional content that engage and captivate audiences.
- Edit dynamic YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other trendy short-form videos tailored for social media platforms.
- Produce professional motion graphics, including titles, transitions, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
- Select impactful background music and develop strong sound design to complement the visuals.
- Bring fresh concepts and creative ideas to every project, demonstrating innovation and originality.
- Manage the entire editing process, from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain high standards for storytelling, pacing, color grading, and overall visual quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and social media content to keep work relevant and engaging.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in video editing and motion graphics with a proven track record.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing.
- Deep understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, color grading, music selection, and sound design.
- Experience producing both long-form and short-form video content.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and confidently present creative ideas.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A professional portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in cinematic editing and motion graphics is mandatory.

Please note, this is not a CapCut-based editing role. We require a senior professional proficient with industry-standard editing and motion graphics software.
