Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at our Karachi office located on Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role offers working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling graphics across various digital platforms, marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and other business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for social media posts and campaigns, marketing creatives, branding and corporate materials, website graphics, digital advertisements, e-books, digital publications, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into engaging visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistent branding across all design materials to ensure a unified corporate identity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to produce impactful campaigns that drive engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance creative output.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design expertise, and a variety of completed projects.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple creative assignments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
