Sentech MRO is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join its team in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading quality assurance and compliance activities within the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining the highest standards of aviation quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all operations meet industry and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the ANO-145 certification process with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).
- Establish and maintain the Quality and Compliance Monitoring System to ensure continuous adherence to standards.
- Develop, review, and maintain the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and related quality procedures.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, monitor corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of any findings.
- Prepare for and coordinate PCAA audits and inspections, managing the closure of any audit findings.
- Monitor personnel competence, training, and compliance with approved procedures to maintain operational excellence.
- Report quality and compliance matters regularly to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

- Degree or Diploma in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and quality management systems.
- Working knowledge of ANO-145 and PCAA regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in audit procedures, documentation, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to fulfill all requirements outlined in ANO-087.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

While previous experience working directly with PCAA and ANO-145 is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates with solid aviation maintenance and quality experience who demonstrate the capability to develop ANO-145 compliance systems are encouraged to apply.
