Job Description:
SEO Agency is seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3 years of experience managing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, managing a team of four, and presenting comprehensive reports to clients. You must be innovative, abreast of the latest SEO techniques, and adept at growth hacking to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 SEO specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain and enhance our competitive edge.
- Create monthly SEO plans, setting clear, strategic goals at the beginning of each month and presenting results at month-end to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Regularly analyze website performance using SEO tools to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Present detailed SEO reports to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and demonstrating the value of SEO strategies.
- Innovate and implement new growth hacking techniques to boost organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are effectively integrated into all aspects of digital marketing.
- Lead ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to maximize search engine visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3 to 4 years in a team management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and the latest SEO trends.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of SEO specialists.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to clients clearly and effectively.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively to identify new growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Team Lead Salary: Rs. 70,000 - Rs. 90,000 per month
