Social Media Marketing Full Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, short-form video editing, and managing scheduled posts across major platforms, especially Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit short-form video content, especially Reels, using CapCut
- Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Canva
- Plan and schedule posts across Meta platforms using content calendars and publishing tools
- Monitor social media trends to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
- Collaborate with team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Proficient in CapCut and Canva
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of current trends in short-form content and social platforms
- Creative thinking and excellent communication skills
