We are looking for a motivated and target-driven SEO & Freelance Bidder to join our team and help expand our international SEO opportunities through platforms like Upwork and other freelance marketplaces. The successful candidate will focus on identifying relevant projects, crafting tailored proposals, and generating qualified leads to support our business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, and the ability to engage effectively with clients worldwide. The position is based in person, providing a collaborative environment aimed at achieving bidding and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and submit bids on relevant SEO and digital marketing projects across various freelance platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients to develop customized, compelling proposals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Perform basic SEO audits to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with international clients, including timely follow-ups to nurture prospects.
- Achieve or exceed targets related to bidding activity, lead generation, and project conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, freelance bidding, or lead generation roles.
- Proven experience using Upwork or similar freelance platforms to acquire projects.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics.
- A proactive and analytical mindset combined with a results-oriented approach.
