SEO Call Agent

Siliconwhiz is seeking confident and motivated SEO Call Agents to join our team at our Model Town Link Road location in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position operates from 5 PM to 2 AM. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively over the phone. You will be responsible for explaining our SEO services clearly, generating business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to introduce our SEO services.
- Clearly explain the benefits and features of the company’s SEO offerings.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects to foster trust and interest.
- Follow up consistently with interested clients to move them through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead information in the system.
- Meet or exceed assigned calling and lead-generation targets to support company goals.

Required Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to speak confidently and clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain composure during conversations.
- Willingness to work with targets and perform consistent follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
