We are an AI product engineering team focused on developing innovative AI products, Voice AI systems, and SaaS platforms specifically designed for startups. We are looking for an SEO Content Writer who understands that successful blog posts are not only well-written but also rank highly, engage readers effectively, and support the sales funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the website’s organic growth by producing content that positions Developers Den as the trusted engineering partner for startup founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop website content including service pages, landing pages, and homepage copy aimed at converting organic visitors into leads.
- Write blog posts and comprehensive guides that rank well for targeted keywords.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create case studies by transforming intake discussions into polished, sales-ready narratives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, map search intent, and cluster topics to enhance website growth and content marketing efforts.
- Optimize content for both traditional SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery methods such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring content is structured for search engines and AI assistants.
- Manage on-page SEO elements including meta titles, header hierarchy, internal linking, and overall content structure.
- Provide monthly reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and content performance using tools like Google Search Console.
- Maintain a consistent Developers Den brand voice across all content—clear, confident, concise, and free from generic agency jargon.
- Edit and refine drafts to ensure every piece justifies its length and impact.
- Support content repurposing initiatives by adapting website content into various marketing assets when needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience writing SEO content, preferably for technology, startup, or B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals, including keyword placement, search intent, meta structures, and internal linking strategies.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance research and drafting efficiency while preserving personal judgment, structure, and voice.
- Experience publishing and formatting content within WordPress.
- Awareness of sales funnel stages and the ability to tailor content formats to align with buyer intent.
Compensation and Work Location
This is an in-person position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs 21,555.51 to Rs 78,022.10. Candidates are required to submit their resume along with 2–3 writing samples. Submissions demonstrating content that has ranked on search engines or generated measurable traffic are highly valued, as impact is considered as important as writing quality.
