Key Responsibilities
SEO Dialing Agents will be responsible for initiating contact with potential and existing clients to discuss SEO services, gather detailed requirements, and explain tailored strategies. This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore requires agents to make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign details. Daily tasks include qualifying prospects, scheduling consultations, coordinating with SEO and marketing teams, and providing clients with performance updates as necessary. Agents must apply basic SEO and web analytics knowledge to effectively communicate the value of services, ensuring all communications are clear, professional, and timely.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have the ability to perform and discuss Keyword Research and On-Page SEO best practices confidently with clients. A solid understanding of SEO Audits and the ability to interpret Web Analytics reports is essential. Familiarity with Link Building concepts and their impact on search rankings is required. Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette are critical, along with confidence in making outbound calls. Experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred. A basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO services offered by agencies is necessary. Organizational skills to manage call logs, follow-ups, and client information accurately are important. Proficiency in English is required, and additional local language skills are considered an advantage.
