SEO Executive

We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our expanding digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective SEO strategies aimed at enhancing organic search visibility, driving website traffic, and generating qualified leads. This role demands a solid grasp of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and ethical link-building techniques to support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and overall website performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures to maximize SEO impact.
- Perform detailed technical SEO audits and recommend solutions addressing crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor website performance using various SEO tools and analytics platforms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and implement ethical link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance indicators such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay informed about the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage local SEO initiatives, including optimization of Google Business Profiles.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversion rates through SEO insights.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in SEO roles.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Experience conducting keyword research, backlink analysis, and preparing SEO performance reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize strategies effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing international SEO campaigns and working with diverse markets.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Understanding of schema markup and structured data implementation.
- Exposure to AI-assisted SEO workflows and content optimization tools.
