SEO Executive

This full-time, onsite position is based in Peshawar and focuses on creating and optimizing SEO-friendly landing page content using Semantic SEO principles. The role involves developing content aligned with search intent, topical relevance, and user needs, while supporting local SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior SEO team members to enhance organic visibility and local search rankings through keyword research, content optimization, and link-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize landing page content that is SEO-friendly, applying Semantic SEO techniques.
- Develop content based on search intent, topical relevance, entities, related keywords, and user requirements.
- Conduct keyword research for service pages, location pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Prepare keyword mapping to align landing pages and website content with targeted keywords.
- Optimize landing pages by structuring proper headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, FAQs, internal links, and semantic keyword usage.
- Support content creation for service pages, city/location pages, blogs, and local SEO pages to build topical relevance through content clusters and internal linking.
- Perform basic competitor content analysis to identify keyword gaps and content opportunities.
- Manage Local SEO citations and ensure Name, Address, Phone (NAP) consistency across business listings.
- Execute basic link-building tasks including outreach, directory submissions, profile creation, and guest post coordination.
- Identify guest posting opportunities and coordinate content placement accordingly.
- Track backlinks, citations, keyword rankings, and landing page performance metrics.
- Collaborate with senior SEO team members to improve organic visibility and local search rankings.
- Prepare basic SEO progress reports for assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Semantic SEO content writing and landing page optimization.
- Proficient in keyword research and keyword mapping techniques.
- Basic knowledge of search intent and topical relevance concepts.
- Experience with Local SEO tasks such as managing citations, ensuring NAP consistency, and maintaining local listing accuracy.
- Familiarity with link-building strategies and guest posting processes.
- Understanding of on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, FAQs, and internal linking.
- Ability to write clear, optimized, and conversion-focused website content.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Ability to follow SEO guidelines and content briefs effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing content for service-based business websites.
- Familiarity with local landing pages and city/service page content.
- Basic understanding of schema markup implementation.
- Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to analyze competitor landing pages for insights.
- Basic outreach experience for guest posts and backlink acquisition.
