Role Overview We are looking for an SEO professional with strong knowledge of content SEO, technical SEO, user experience, semantic SEO, AI search optimization, and off-page SEO. The ideal candidate should be able to work with content writers, developers, and other teams to improve organic visibility, rankings, user experience, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Content SEO: Work closely with the content writing team to develop SEO-focused content strategies, optimize existing content, perform content audits, and ensure content aligns with search intent.
  • Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, website structure, sitemaps, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website performance.
  • SXO and User Journey Optimization: Understand user behavior and search intent to improve the user journey, landing pages, navigation, and conversion opportunities.
  • Conversion Funnels: Understand user acquisition and conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements to increase organic traffic conversions.
  • Semantic SEO: Understand topical authority, entity optimization, semantic relationships, internal linking, content clusters, and search intent mapping.
  • AI SEO and Search Optimization: Understand AEO, GEO, and AI search visibility strategies to improve the chances of content and brand mentions appearing in AI-generated search results.
  • Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute link-building strategies, evaluate backlink opportunities, analyze competitor backlink profiles, and build high-quality, relevant links.
  • SEO Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular SEO audits, analyze Google Search Console and GA4 data, monitor keyword rankings, and report on organic performance and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong practical knowledge of content SEO and technical SEO.
  • Good understanding of search intent, user journeys, SXO, and conversion funnels.
  • Knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority, and entity-based optimization.
  • Understanding of AI search optimization, AEO, GEO, and LLMO.
  • Practical experience with off-page SEO and backlink analysis.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, crawling tools, and other SEO platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop actionable SEO strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
