Nexus Hybrids is a dynamic full-service digital agency and software company with a diverse team of over 30 professionals located in Sialkot (Pakistan), Rochdale (UK), and Woodbridge, VA (USA). We specialize in performance marketing and develop web, app, and custom software solutions for clients across the US, UK, Gulf, and Pakistan markets. SEO plays a vital role in our growth strategy, and we are seeking a motivated SEO Executive to manage the day-to-day SEO activities for our client accounts. This role involves hands-on execution of on-page optimization, keyword research, content briefing, technical SEO fixes, and link building. Reporting to the SEO lead, you will translate strategic plans into actionable tasks while monitoring rankings and traffic trends. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to understand search engine mechanics, and looking to advance into a senior SEO role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and strategically map keywords to relevant pages and content opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, image alt text, and URL structures.
- Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with writers; optimize existing content to align with target keywords and search intent.
- Manage technical SEO fundamentals such as crawl errors, broken links, redirects, sitemaps, and page speed issues, escalating complex problems to the lead or development team.
- Develop quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, directory submissions, and digital PR efforts.
- Set up and maintain local SEO components including Google Business Profile, citations, and local listings.
- Monitor search rankings, website traffic, and index health using Google Search Console and GA4, identifying drops or growth opportunities.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive monthly reports detailing rankings, traffic, and progress toward SEO goals.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices, applying relevant updates across client accounts.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, whether in-house, agency, or freelance.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO fundamentals and how search engine rankings work.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one SEO tool such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz.
- Good command of English writing skills, capable of drafting and editing content briefs, meta descriptions, and outreach communications.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a habit of thoroughly reviewing your own work.
- Highly organized and dependable, able to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines consistently.
- Genuine curiosity about search engine behavior and a strong willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Advanced technical SEO knowledge including structured data/schema markup, log file analysis, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
- Comfortable working with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS for on-page adjustments.
- Ability to write content such as blog posts and landing pages, beyond just content briefs.
- Awareness of emerging AI search technologies like SGE and strategies to optimize for them.
- Proven success in link-building or digital PR with tangible placements.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
- Background working in agencies or managing multiple clients across various industries and markets.

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs26,000 to Rs78,000.
