We are looking for a talented and innovative SEO & Content Specialist to boost the organic visibility of our eCommerce websites. This role involves developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that encompass keyword research, content creation, and both on-page and off-page optimization. The successful candidate will be proactive in managing content calendars, collaborating with various teams, and staying informed about the latest search engine algorithm updates to drive consistent growth in website traffic and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research targeting both local and global markets to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Create and publish SEO-optimized content, including product descriptions, landing pages, and blog posts, aligned with the overall content strategy.
- Perform on-page SEO tasks such as optimizing meta tags, images, internal links, and improving page load speed to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
- Carry out off-page SEO activities like backlink acquisition, guest posting, and directory submissions to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Plan and maintain a weekly or monthly blog calendar to ensure consistent content output and audience engagement.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, and Ahrefs to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Work closely with developers and designers to apply SEO best practices and implement technical enhancements on the website.
- Keep abreast of Google algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies accordingly to maintain compliance and maximize rankings.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in increasing traffic and improving search rankings specifically for eCommerce websites.
- Strong skills in keyword research, content strategy, and proficiency with SEO tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ubersuggest, and Ahrefs.
- Practical knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including meta tag optimization, backlink building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Ability to perform comprehensive SEO audits, analyze key metrics, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent writing skills with the capability to produce SEO-friendly content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, at AECHS, Rawalpindi.

This is a full-time, in-person role requiring dedication to the specified working hours and location.
