SEO / Growth Specialist

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing and growth initiatives by taking on the position of Search Engine Optimization and Growth Specialist in a full-time remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and implement comprehensive keyword research to inform SEO strategies.
- Perform growth and traffic audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
- Create and optimize Google Maps listings to improve local search visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on web analytics to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- Develop and optimize marketing funnels to increase conversions and user engagement.
- Utilize tools such as Clay, Make.com, Claude, and others to design and implement automation workflows that support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with development and web design teams to execute SEO and growth strategies that increase both organic and paid website traffic.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing growth and SEO strategies that drive organic traffic for service-based and e-commerce businesses.
- Proven expertise in growth automation strategies to streamline repetitive tasks and scale growth efforts.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Clay and Make.com.
- Strong background in managing and optimizing Google Maps listings, including ranking businesses effectively.
- Proficiency in keyword research, SEO audits, and link-building techniques.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT and Claude to enhance SEO strategy development and execution.
- Some experience with Google and Facebook Ads, including keyword and theme research as well as competitive analysis.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report web analytics data using tools like Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in the tech industry is advantageous.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
- SEO certification is considered an asset.

Candidates should come prepared with a portfolio showcasing SEO and growth projects they have successfully managed for other companies or clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
As a member of PolyUno, you will manage 3-5 clients simultaneously, gaining exposure to diverse industry sectors. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact on both our company and our clients’ digital performance. The salary range for this position is 100,000 to 150,000 PKR.
