SEO Intern (Search Engine Optimization)

NSA Digital (Pvt.) Ltd., a Karachi-based SECP-registered digital marketing and technology solutions agency, specializes in advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO), and custom web engineering for both domestic and international clients. We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn SEO Intern to join our organic growth team. This internship offers hands-on training and real-world experience working on international SEO campaigns, keyword research, technical site audits, and AI-driven search trends, all under the mentorship of seasoned industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword and competitor research, including search intent analysis and backlink profiling.
- Assist in on-page optimization tasks such as drafting optimized meta tags, header tags, image alt text, and internal link structures.
- Support off-page SEO activities including link-building, directory submissions, citation management, and digital outreach efforts.
- Aid in technical SEO by performing basic website audits to identify broken links, 404 errors, and indexing issues using tools like Google Search Console.
- Help monitor keyword ranking changes and assist in generating monthly performance reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of search engines, digital marketing concepts, and familiarity with WordPress and HTML fundamentals.
- Strong eagerness to learn modern SEO concepts such as Technical SEO, Schema Markup, and AI/AEO trends.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
